Anshan Xintai Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise integrating precision casting, casting, forging, heat treatment, mechanical processing, equipment manufacturing and international trade. Our company has complete production equipment and employs many experts of the industry, senior engineers, technical personnel and professional operators. ISO9000:2000 management system is strictly followed to ensure the quality of product design and production. Our company is located in Anshan Liaoning Province, the Steel Capital of China, covering an area of 10,000 square meters including 4,000 square meter building area. Our company has independent import-export right.

Investment Precision Casting (lost wax casting) Department owns three investment casting production lines, namely medium temperature wax silicasol process, low temperature wax water glass process and composite process. The main equipment includes 3 250kg medium frequency induction furnaces, high/medium temperature roasters, and direct reading spectrometers made in Germany. We can professionally produce approximately thousand tons precision castings (10g C 60kg) per annum including stainless steel, heat resistant steel, carbon steel, high temperature alloy, wear resistant steel, alloy steel, tool steel, corrosion resistant steel, wear resistant cast iron, precision cast iron and precision aluminum alloy.

Casting Department owns main equipment including 6 sets of 2t medium frequency induction furnaces, 4-10m gas heating furnaces among which there are 4 sets with 4t nominal capacity and 2 sets with 1t nominal capacity being able to treat 14t molten steel simultaneously. Melting test equipment includes Italian METAL-LAB75/80 precision spectrometers and chemical analyzers, 50t hoisting equipment, electronic weighing equipment, S2510D resin sand mixers with continuous capacity of 6t/h and small sand mixers to produce 5,000t steel castings per year of various carbon steel, various heat resistant, wear resistant and corrosion resistant high, medium and low steel alloy such as, pump, shaft, valve, frame, casing, supports and railway swing-bolster.

Forging Department owns main equipment including 3,150t free forging rapid forging press, 4.5t free forging electro-hydraulic hammers, 2t air hammers, WBW3100 electronic universal testing machines, digital ultrasonic detectors, magnetic particle testers and more machines to produce forging steel rolls, main shafts of fan, train shafts, connecting rods, gears and flanges with the largest forging of 15tons and 14m long. At present, our annual capacity of free forging has reached 25,000 tons. The products are widely used in the fields of metallurgy, petroleum, mine and machinery manufacture.

Mechanical Department owns more than 30 sets large mechanical processing equipment such as, 5m heavy-duty NC vertical lathes, 2.5m horizontal lathes, 200 NC floor boring and milling machines, 6m single arm planes, 50t overhead cranes; and has 3 manufacturing senior engineers and more than 50 skilled workers. With the advanced equipment and professional people, various technological requirements can be satisfied. This department is mainly involved in manufacturing non-standard equipment and processing spare parts like various sizes of rolling mills, shears, straighteners and actuators for metallurgical industry, mines, chemical industry and refractory industry.
